Shipping

Jewelry usually ships out in 2 to 3 business days and it is delivered to your door between 7-10 business days from the date of order. We ship USPS throughout the United States.  Shipping time may vary based upon the customer's delivery location in the USA. We will contact to you promptly if we are out of stock on an item. our prices are subject to change without prior notice. When your order has been shipped we will contact you via e-mail for indicating an estimated time of arrival.

Refunds

30 Day Return/Exchange or Refund Policy on all items. The 30 days begin from the date of your delivery. All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. If you are exchanging or requesting a refund for an item within the 30 day period, please contact me and I will issue you an RMA#. All returned shipments without an RMA# will not be accepted. There will be 15% restocking fee with any returned. items.

An order may be cancelled within one business day. All orders are considered to be special orders. NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule.
